acupuncture
Initial (75 minutes): $140
Follow-Up (60 minutes): $110
Acupuncture offers a holistic approach to wellness, addressing a wide range of concerns from stress and anxiety to fertility and pain. This ancient Chinese healing technique involves inserting very thin needles into specific points that stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities, promoting balance and well-being.
Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that energy, or “qi,” flows through your body along specific pathways. Acupuncture unblocks these pathways to restore function, vitality, and balance.
An acupuncture treatment is a relaxing experience, and a gentle yet effective way to address health concerns and improve your sense of well-being.
-
During your intake, I ask questions about your medical history, lifestyle, and current concerns, then I check your pulse and examine your tongue to gain insights into your overall health. I tailor a personalized acupuncture treatment specific to your needs, and insert very thin, sterile needles into specific points on your body. You retain the needles and rest for around 20-30 minutes. You may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, or heaviness around the needles. Some people feel so relaxed, they even take a nap! After the needles are removed, you may feel relaxed and energized. If needed, additional techniques like cupping, moxibustion, or gua sha can be used.
-
A standard acupuncture appointment includes a detailed intake, an acupuncture treatment, and a selection of cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and/or herbal recommendations, when applicable. All treatments are tailored to your individual needs.
-
For your acupuncture appointment, it's best to wear a comfortable top and loose-fitting pants that can be rolled up above the knee. The majority of points used are located on the lower legs and feet, forearms, the abdomen, and sometimes the back.
facial acupuncture
Initial Facial Acupuncture (75 minutes): $175
Follow-Up Acupuncture (60 minutes): $145
Venus Delight Acupuncture Spa Facial (90 minutes): $225
Facial rejuvenation (or cosmetic) acupuncture is a specialized form of acupuncture with a unique focus on addressing skin concerns and promoting a healthy glow.
Facial acupuncture specifically targets concerns like fine lines and wrinkles, improving skin tone and texture, enhancing facial contour, reducing puffiness, and relaxing facial muscles.
In essence, facial acupuncture offers a holistic approach to beauty, combining the ancient wisdom of acupuncture with modern skincare techniques.
-
Facial acupuncture is a cosmetic treatment focusing mainly on the face and neck. While the focus will be your skin, your treatment will always be grounded in body points to balance your specific constitution. Facial acupuncture sessions include an intake, body and facial acupuncture, and a short facial gua sha massage.
-
Though subtle results are seen immediately, I generally recommend one full course of cosmetic acupuncture consisting of 10 sessions scheduled 1x/week or 2x/week, along with monthly or seasonal maintenance treatments for quicker, lasting results. For an elevated spa experience, kick off your course of cosmetic acupuncture with the Venus Delight Acupuncture Spa Facial.

The cups leave temporary, circular marks on your skin, which can vary in color depending on the intensity of the treatment. While they may look a bit dramatic, they usually fade within a few days to a week.
Cupping is a relaxing and effective way to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and manage stress.
